Navigating through your Uploan Borrower Dashboard

In this article, we will guide you through your Borrower Dashboard. From where to view your loan information to updating your profile.

This is how your dashboard would look like upon signing in on our website.

On the upper left corner, you will see your Profile Status whether it is “Approved” or not.

Note: You can apply for a salary advance when your employment in your company is 4 months and up.

This section is also where you can easily view your borrowed amount, the amount that you’ve already paid, your pending amount and your next repayment amount.

This contains the loan overview or all the loan-related information that you have submitted including your employer details, loan repayment schedule, agreement or contract with Uploan, and lastly, the list of documents that you have uploaded.

Here’s the Dashboard Navigation:

Summary Tab

This is the summary of all the information that you have submitted from your initial loan application. You will also see the specific dates of your payment schedule.

  • Loan Overview: that includes your loan ID, your principal loan amount, loan repayment term, loan approved date, service fee, loan amount paid, interest amount to be repaid, and loan product

  • Employer Details: name of the company, company email address, company phone number

  • Loan Repayment Schedule: repayment amount, payable amount, serial no., payment date, principal loan amount, interest amount, monthly payment, and loan status

  • View Agreement: this is where your borrower’s agreement is. It mainly contains your contract with Uploan.

  • Documents: document category, documentary name, and alias name.

Loan History Tab

This is the section where you can only see your Loan Overview including all your Past and Active Loans with us.

All Loans Tab

Now this section contains all your Loan Applications and their status. This will be helpful to you especially when you have more than one transaction with us and you want to keep track of all of them, whether your funds for that particular transaction are already disbursed or not.

Bank Details Tab

In this section, you will be able to update your bank details including your Bank code or the Name of your Bank. You may find your preferred bank on the dropdown list of local banks provided.

In case your bank is not on the dropdown list, you may just type it down on the “Other bank” space provided, then update your account number, account holder name, and bank name.

Transactions Tab

This is where all your loan transactions from Uploan are when you have more than one transactions from Completed to Pending Transactions. You will see here the date, the loan amount, type (whether it is a successful investment or not) and the remaining balance to be paid.

Account Tab

There are two (2) components under this section:

  • Profile – This is where you can update your basic profile that consists of your personal information including your email address, contact numbers, address, and emergency contact details. You may also update your employment profile under this component.

  • Settings – While on this component, you can upload a photo of yourself to your dashboard and you may also change your password for security purposes, too.
